Livelihoods

Making a living in rural Ghana is a tough challenge due to the following factors:

  • Poor physical infrastructure
  • Agricultural productivity suffers from climate change impact
  • Food insecurity
  • Inadequate resources
  • Low capacity
  • Low advocacy, networking and research

Help us create opportunities

AG Care Livelihood Empowerment programmes focus on climate change interventions, climate resilient agriculture and improving self-reliance and dignity of vulnerable children and women in 55 operational communities. Our continued work in these projects nurtures the goal of alleviating poverty.
